Questions before you book

Do you need my account login?

No. You play on your own account the whole time. We invite you to the fireteam with your Bungie Name, and that's all we ever need. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a password, it isn't us.

What do I need before the run?

A Guardian ready for the dungeon's recommended Power, and Discord so we can talk you through it. A mic helps but isn't required. Not sure your character is ready? Ask in your ticket before the run.

Which platforms can join?

All of them. Destiny 2 cross-play lets PC, PlayStation and Xbox players share a fireteam.

What if the run doesn't finish?

[YOUR REFUND POLICY, for example: a full refund if we can't complete the run you booked.]

How do payment and scheduling work?

You pick a time slot and pay when you book, through PayPal or card. Slots show in your own time zone, and your Discord ticket opens right after.

Ready when your fireteam isn't.

Pick a dungeon, pick a time, and play it with sherpas who know the route.
